BACK-TO-SCHOOL FASHION BASH,
A FREE EVENT FOR TEEN GIRLS
Event to include a fall fashion show, makeovers, musical performances, giveaways, model search and more
Baltimore, MD—Girls’ Life magazine, the No. 1 magazine in the country for young teen girls, is hosting a free event on Friday, July 26, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Power Plant Live! in downtown Baltimore.
GL’s Back-to-School Fashion Bash will be three hours of fun and fashion, highlighted by a 60-look fall fashion show featuring top trends and brands.
Free activities include the CoverGirl Beauty Bar, Scunci Braid Booth, Splat Hair Chalking Lounge, nail art manicures, skin care consultations, jewelry-making, giveaways, celeb meet-and-greets, goodie bags and more.
Entertainment includes performances from teen celebrity DJ Beatboy and Summer Break Tour opener Olivia Somerlyn.
The event is the official pre-party for the Summer Break Tour: Victoria Justice and Big Time Rush concert happening the same evening at Pier Six Pavilion. “We love Victoria—a three-time GL cover girl!—as well as the Big Time Rush boys, so we wanted to throw an amazing event to celebrate their Summer Break Tour coming to our hometown of Baltimore,” says Karen Bokram, founder and publisher of GL.
The first 500 girls to register will receive a VIP wristband, granting them the opportunity to win front-row seats at the fashion show, a chance to meet Victoria Justice and a chance to be picked for Barbizon Modeling’s Real Girl to Runway experience, along with amazing VIP giveaways and much more.
