NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VARIANCE REQUEST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: the Board of Beadle County Adjustment acting as both City Board of Adjustment (per Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Huron approved on June 9, 2015) and Beadle County Board of Adjustment will meet at 11:00 a.m. July 30, 2015 in the County Commissioner Room of the Beadle County Courthouse, 450 3rd St SW, Huron, SD. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing concerning a variance request.

The Beadle County Board of Adjustment will at that time consider the variance request of Stacy Goergen to allow a paint booth to be installed in a proposed addition (50 feet) to be constructed to the West side of the East shop (applicant can meet building setbacks) where this use is not permitted by code in an area zoned R-O (Large Lot Residential District) located in the joint jurisdictional area.
