SPACE AVAILABILITY & CAMPING
No size too big or too small. The Festival can accommodate most sizes to fit your needs. So, let us know what you need.Electric and water provide for you needs but, you are responsible for your own tent, table, chairs and electric cords. The said space is to be used solely by the Vendor, or Vendor’s affiliate. The Vendor agrees to not sublet or assign any portion of the leased space without the prior written consent of the West Side United Neighbors Block Watch Festival Committee. IF A VENDOR WISHES TO CAMPON THE FAIRGROUNDS, THE VENDOR WILL BE ASSESED $25.00/DAY AND PAYABLE TO THE FAIRFIELDCOUNTYFAIRBOARD.
SETUP & TEARDOWN
You may set up your facility either on Thursday May 10th between the hours of 2pm-8pm or on Friday May 11th between the hours of 10am-2pm. You must remove your facility from the Fairgrounds no later than Monday May 14th by 12o’clock noon. Your electric must be unhooked by May 14th by 12 noon. If electric is still required after the event an additional fee of $30.00 will be charged to you.
LIABILITY
The Festival Committee or any other affiliate related to the Festival Committee is not responsible for any damage done by the holder or a concession permit, or by their employees or agents, to any person or property. The Festival Committee shall not be responsible for damages sustained by vendors from utility failures or mis-wiring. The Festival assumes no responsibility for accidents to a person, property, loss or damages by theft, fire, water, wind, storm, acts of god or third parties or for any other causes; and all vendors and their agents agree to abide by all rules and regulations. The Festival Committee reserves the sole and exclusive rights to suspend, cancel, reject or refuse to accept without reason any contract at any time. Any Vendor whose contract has been cancelled agrees to remove all of their property, personnel and vacate the Fairfield County Fairgrounds immediately.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
No Refund will be given to any vendor for any reason. Once a payment has been accepted and deposited by the Festival Committee all funds become the property of the Festival Committee.
In the event of weather related delays, interruptions, cancellations, or any Acts of God, the Festival Committee shall not be liable for any damages or expenses incurred by any vendor. If the event is not held for any reason beyond the control of the Festival Committee, the Festival Committee may retain the amounts paid by vendor as is necessary to defray expenses already incurred by the Festival Committee.
PERMITS & SAFETY
The State of Ohio requires a state Food Service License for every food service concession. All food operators at the Community Days Festival will have displayed their permit as required by the state. All food concessions will also send a copy of their certificate of insurance with signed contract. All cooking operations involving solid fuels, vegetable or animal oils and fats shall be protected by a rated portable extinguisher for such fires. No alcohol or illegal drugs will be tolerated! You are responsible for all trash in and around your space. It must be cleaned and placed in bags and or boxes and set out for the cleanup crew to pick up at the end of the day.
No Alcohol or illegal drugs permitted on the Fairgrounds!!!
