Meeting Minutes

Secretary Report:
· April 2009 Minutes approved.
Financial Report:
· Financial Report was Approved.
· Final distribution numbers for the year ending 3/31/09 are not yet complete, awaiting distribution from hockey for the meat raffles.
Old Business:
Program Jackets
· Will begin doing ad renewals and sales for the 2009/2010 program jackets in June.
Applebee’s Fundraiser
· All the numbers are not yet in, but the Boosters cleared at least $1050. Which is the most successful Pancake Breakfast Applebees has ever had. Thanks to the Track Team and the Softball Team for all their “pre-event” ticket sales.
Schwan’s Fundraiser
· Awaiting final numbers on this fundraiser. There were not a lot of pre-orders, but it appeared there was a good turnout on the day of the event. The State Bank of Delano/Applebees parking lot proved to be a good site.
· This fundraiser could be done on a regular basis (2 or 3 times year). Jeanne Berglund will submit the information for setting up future fundraisers to the Boosters.
Flower Farm Give and GrowCoupons
· Booster members should be sure to get the coupons out to their teams.
· During the first week of May, the Boosters made approximately $125.
New Business:
July 4th Beer Sales
· The Boosters have been assigned to the July 2nd 8pm – Midnite Shift. A sign up sheet was distributed. We need to have 16 people working in the beer stand at all times during our shift.
· Tips training dates are not yet known.
Gold Cards
· Pete Dubay/Millie Snyder will contact Bob at Mark I to set up this year’s Cards.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm. The next meeting is Sunday, June 14th at 7:00 pm.
