Cost:The trip will cost $525. However, you get $50 off if you sign up at the sign up party on January 31 from 6-7pm at Chick-Fil-A on Ken Pratt Blvd. Reserve your child’s spot with a nonrefundable deposit of $175.

What to Bring: The temperature will be in the 80-90’s during the day and in the 50-60’s in the evening. We suggest you bring shorts, t-shirts, jeans, a warm jacket, clothes that can get messy, tennis shoes, swim suit, personal items, sunscreen, hat, bug repellent, a camera with your name on it, flashlight, toiletries and sleeping bag, pillow, pillow case, 2 towels and a beach towel, and snacks.
Luggage: Try to limit yourself to one carry-on and one suitcase. Please label sleeping bags and pillows.
Spending Money: Quaker Ridge has a store where you can buy snacks, t-shirts, books, etc. These are the only additional expenses so we recommend no more than $75.00.
Electronic Devices (Cell Phones, IPods, etc.) We will collect all electronics before we arrive at camp in hopes of keeping valuables safe and eliminating distractions. Upon arrival at camp there will be a group “call home event” for all campers to let their folks know they have arrived safely before electronics are collected. Pay phones are available at camp to call home and parents can call the camp office to get emergency information to their child.
Health Form and Parental Permission: These DO NEED to be signed by a doctor or have a current physical attached. Parents and campers must sign them and return them to the Young Life office by May 31st. It is especially important to fill in the DATES of last immunizations because the health department will not accept “current”. PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU AND YOUR STUDENT HAVE SIGNED ALL 8 PLACES.

Kids can receive mail at camp; however, mail received after our week at camp will not be forwarded home. Therefore, mail any letters very early in the week or Fax them a letter! Kids will have access to pay phones while at camp to call home.
MEDICATIONS: All medications will be collected upon arrival and dispensed by medical personnel on property. Please put all items in zip lock baggie with name and contact information on the bag.
*No smoking, use of drugs or alcohol, no weapons of any kind: campers will be sent home at their own expense if found to have any of these items in their possession.
AFTER CAMP REUNION PARTY: Save the date! Our after camp party will be Wednesday, June 25th from 6-8, at Chick-Fil-A. This is for all campers and families!

We have a payment plan option for the Quaker Ridge trip. Here’s how it works. When you sign your child up for camp, pay the nonrefundable $175 camp deposit. That gets your child on the official camp list. Once you pay the deposit, you pay a monthly payment until the camp trip.
The monthly payment depends on when you sign up and pay the deposit. If you sign up at the sign up party, and would like to use a payment plan, subtract $50 from your last payment. Here’s the breakdown:
