Preparation of grounds and buildings/commercial exhibits

Enter canned goods, baked goods, apiary, clothing, crochet,tatting, knitting, quilted articles, needlework, household articles, arts, crafts,

Poultry Exhibits -
Poultry Exhibits must be caged by 3:00 p.m.
12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. (Also from 8:00 to Noon on Wednesday, September 13

**After unloading livestock,trailers must be removedfrom the livestock barn parking area. Trailer parking will be available in a designated area near the riding club arena.

Commercial Open –5:00 p.m.
Carnival Opens6:00 p.m.

Livestock Removal – Sunday Pope County Fair Association liability and responsibility for livestock exhibits will continue through Sunday.Animals may be walked out after 10:00 on Saturday night. No trailers will be allowed in the fenced in area Saturday.
