SPECIAL EVENT VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

Welcome to Wrestle Fair 2018! Thank you for your commitment to helping make Wrestle Fair a fun and exciting event for all wrestling fans and family. We could not do it without you. Signing this contract does not guarantee you will be volunteering at our event it just allows us to check your background and availability. You will receive an email regarding you being a volunteer in the coming weeks. If we accept you as a volunteer you will have 24 hours to respond back to the email.

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT:

______I understand that I am a volunteer for a Pro Wrestling, Entertainment Company, and that I am donating my time/service to KnokX Pro. As a volunteer, I understand that I will not receive any compensation, benefits or exchange of privileges in return for my service. I further understand that if I am injured while working as a volunteer for KnokX Pro that I will not hold Wrestle Fair or KnokX Pro Entertainment liable for any injuries.

______I understand that reimbursement for any personal expenses or auto use related to this position shall not be provided unless clearly agreed upon in advance, in writing, with my volunteer director.

______I understand that failure to perform my assigned duties or follow the KnokX Pro or Wrestle Fair policies, practices and/or Volunteer Agreement (available to view upon request) may result in the termination of the volunteer relationship. I further understand that either KnokX Pro, Wrestle Fair or I can sever the volunteer relationship at any time with or without notice or cause.

In consideration of the publicity benefits to me and of my involvement by KnokX Pro, its nominees, agents and assigns and anyone publishing under its authority, unlimited permission to use publish and republish reproductions of my likeness and voice, with or without use of my name. I hereby agree to hold Wrestle Fair or KnokX Pro Entertainment harmless from any liability arising from the use of my likeness, voice, or name in conjunction with this agreement.
