General No Short Mat Bowling on the 15th. Due to Annual Lunch no Walk on the 23rd. The date of the Skittles evening has changed to the 18th. No Choir on the 17th. Programme now produced by Rod Dale.

Liverpool Theatre Break 3-4 March 2012. A visit to the Empire Theatre Liverpool to see “South Pacific”. This trip is now full.

CBSO Matinee Wednesday 25th April. Old ones, new ones, loved ones, forgotten ones… but you’ll remember these tunes the moment you hear them! George Butterworth dreams of a lost England, and great British clarinettist Michael Collins pours emotion all over Finzi’s haunting concerto. And then light music aficionado John Wilson leads us off down memory lane with a selection of Light Programme favourites:
cheerful, tuneful, the soundtrack to all our yesterdays. They don’t write ’em like this any more - so go on, spoil yourself rotten! Cost £22.50, names with payment today.
RSC Stratford Saturday 12th May.Twelfth Nightplays in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Cost of Tickets plus coach £37, coach only £9, names with payment January.
Garden Weekend 2012 6/9th July 2012 – Alnwick. Booking forms are now available for all members who have names on the list. A deposit of £45 payable to Omega Holidays together with booking form to Rosemary Thompstone. Please advise if you no longer wish to go as there is a waiting list.
