Your report should be a maximum of two typewritten A4 pages, and should cover the following points:

Accommodation

  • Cost of accommodation.
  • Standard of accommodation.
  • How your accommodation was arranged, i.e. via the university or your own responsibility?

Finances and related issues

  • Living costs
  • Cost of study materials/literature.
  • Insurance: how was this arranged and what were the costs?

Your studies/work placement

  • The start of your semester.
  • The education you followed: subjects at bachelor's and master's level.
  • Exams taken.
  • Educational support provided.
  • Was an introduction day offered?

Language:

  • Did you follow a language course. If so, where, and what were the costs involved?

Visa

  • If applicable: the visa procedure for study/employment/work placement.

Leisure time

  • Social life
  • Travel

Guidance/Advice provided
