The CLC recommends that current licensees request licensure for institutions they are prepared to maximize sales with HOWEVER; The institution ultimately makes the decision whether or not to add Boundless Network as a licensee.

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN INTERNAL CONTACT AT THE INSTITUTION IN ORDER TO APPLY AS A DISTRIBUTOR

To add institutions please provide the following to Sarah Philips:

***NOTE: Approvals are provided in the manner of urgency at which the institution acts. This can take anywhere from less than 24 hours to 2 weeks.

APPROVED PRODUCTS:

BOUNDLESS NETWORK IS PERMITTED TO SELL ANY PRODUCT TO APPROVED INSTITUTIONS, HOWEVER ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PRE APPROVED PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

To add new products please provide the following:

§  Description of Product

§  Wholesale Price Point

§  MSRP

§  Min Quantity

§  Weight

§  Dimensions/ Sizes

§  Material

§  Logo Application

§  Manufacturer

We do not pay royalties since we are only selling internally, however we do provide a report to the CLC on the 20th of each month to record our sales with each approved Institution. Sarah will run this report and turn it in to our CLC coordinator.

6 steps to approval:

1. CHECK THE LIST: make sure your school is licensed by the CLC.

2. Email Sarah: the phone, fax, and email of the University contact an approximate yearly sales estimate

3. Alert your buyer: that the CLC will be sending an approval form for Boundless Network to the schools internal approval contact.

4. Email your ART: Once approved Forward Sarah any art to be approved by the institution. (NOTE: This is a 24 hour approval process.)

5. EMAIL PRODUCT DETAILS: Email sarah Either a link to the product from the manufacturers website or a Description of the Product you have chosen, Wholesale Price Point, MSRP, Min Quantity, Weight, Dimensions/ Sizes, Material, Logo Application, Manufacturer. (Note: Products are approved within 48 hours.)

6. Place your order.
