NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Tenders are hereby invited in sealed cover from the Enlisted/approved PAK. PWD. Contractors for the year 2017-2018 for the works noted below. The tenders should reach in the office of the undersigned upto 02-11-2017 before 12.00 P.M and will be opened on 02-11-2017 at 12.30 P.M.

CONDITIONS:-
1. Application for purchase of tenders submitted by the contractor will be acceptable only on the printed letter head of the Firm, alongwith attested copy of CNIC of owner of the firm, copy of enlistment / renewal with Pak. PWD, as Contractor copy of NTN certificate etc.
2. Income tax clearance certificate alongwith Income Tax Filer Verification must be attached with the application form for purchase of tenders documents.
3. Affidavit of Rs.100/- duly certifying that the firm have never been black listed by any Government Department autonomous bodies and have never been involved in litigation against any Government Department.
4. The tenders can be purchased on cash payment (non refundable) from the office of the undersigned located at Federal Government offices complex, Pak. P.W.D. Sariab Road Quetta up to 01 .11.2017 during office hours.
5. Attested photo copies of partnership deed/power of attorney affidavit in favour of any individual authorized to purchase/submit tenders.
6. No tenders will be sold on the date of opening of tenders.
7. No tenders will be received through post or telegraphically.
Notice:-In case the tenders are not opened / sold on the date mention above due to some unavoidable circumstances, then the date may be considered as 08-11-2017 and 09-11-2017 respectively for sale and opening of tender with same terms and condition.
