3. What am I required to do to be prepared for day 1 2014?
Log into Moodle, and enrol in Business Management Unit 1 and 2. The enrolment key is bm12. Here you will find a copy of the textbook, and some materials to help you prepare for term 1.

5. I’ve heard about Market Day, what does it involve?
Market Day is a part of Unit 1, Outcome 2: Small business decision-making, planning and evaluation. Students are required to form groups in which they come up with a business concept. The development of a business plan as well as conducting your business on Market Day is part of your assessment.
PREPARATION FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN 2014
- Take an interest in what is happening in business locally and in the news- collect an article relating to a small business venture. Source the article.
- Complete homework that has been set for the holiday period ready for submission on the first Business Management lesson in 2014.
