Yellowish orgray surfaceof filmis formed by alight-sensitive emulsion of silver halide.Exposure tolightwillstartchanges in this emulsion. In this emulsion is hidden an invisiblelatent image whichshould be protectedfrom lightuntil development.
It is important to read the enclosed manufacturer's recommendations carefully, since different brands of developers may have a different starting time. While processing it is important to properly mix the developer. Do not stir (mix) too hardly or too loosely!
It is essential to remain the developer clean, uncontaminated with other chemicals, because you could ruin the whole film. All solutions have a prescribed temperature at which they should be maintained.
To keep your film in good condition you have to follow these basic recommendations:
- Store your film in adry cool place in its original container.
- Do not subject film to bright lights, direct sunlight or high temperatures. Places such as the glove box in a car or places close to a window can become very hot
