Consulting experiences

  • With 14 years of professionalprogresses in consulting from junior developer to project manager, I have acquired a broad business experience and build a well-constructed background through relevant projects: 3 years in technical positions, 5 years working on methodologies and process improvement projects and 6 years in managerial roles with 2 years in the Netherlands and in UK on International SAP projects with Offshore activities.

Current activity

  • I’m following an intensive training of 7 months in Web oriented Project Management. The aim is to go deeper in the technology knowledge too often underestimated. This is an opportunity to make a retrospective over previous projects with a full freedom of analysis. I intend to continue as project manager on different kinds of projects, preferably business/IT transformation and WEB.

  • Because of my experience, I am able to quickly adapt to different roles as well as business environments. I am strong in realizing projects on time and within budget using best practices and methodologies.
