Field Needs Schedule

  • Field Prep- Mike in charge- Jay discussed in length what needs to be done with field maintenance

  • Snackbar- Tina will get schedule signup on website
  • BV doesn’t collect deposit – makes the tems work shifts and if they don’t, their team cant participate in TOC

Credit Card Purchases

  • Merchant Account set up by Ken is charging us and Ken doesn’t remember who it is

Registration Going Forward

  • Online registration will be ready for November sign ups
  • We will still have walk up registrations

Sponsorships

  • Discussed revamping structure-
  • Madres, Penske, El Cajon Ford
  • Golf Tournament- weekend before Easter- Mike says “It’s on like Donkey Kong”

Other New Business

  • Discussion on possible game schedules on FridaySaturday and Sunday for Fall Ball
