The Call Report app enables you to:
• Review and prepare for upcoming appointments. You can view appointment details to learn about meeting objectives, attendee status, and related opportunities.
• View previous call reports to get insight into business milestones and meeting discussion details
• Log a call report for a past appointment to capture information and increase sales forecast accuracy
• Email call report summaries to follow-up after a meeting
• Share a call report on Oracle Social Network to keep your sales team up-to-date and collaborate with your team members anytime, anywhere

Prepare for meetings by viewing your next and future appointments. You can also review the meeting location and call or e-mail the primary contact.

You can drill-down into an upcoming appointment to review details related to opportunity, account, contact, and objectives for the meeting. You can see the invitees for the meeting including their meeting status. You can also call or e-mail an invitee by tapping on the call or e-mail icon.

With one click, you can review your upcoming appointments, prepare for your meetings and reach out to the primary contact. Appointment details give you quick access to meeting information. Having a complete, up-to-date view of your meeting in one place allows you to be more productive while on the road and move deals forward during the meeting.

If you are running late for your meeting or just want to reach out to the attendees before the meeting, you can send them an e-mail from the appointment details page. Just tap Actions menu on the top right and select I’m Late or E-mail attendees.

Tapping the last or previous call report link allows you to view previous call reports related to your upcoming appointments. This keeps you up to date on any changes to the opportunity, like updates to the revenue, win probability, sales stage, or close date. You can also see who attended previous meetings, look at the objectives and read meeting notes.

By having easy access to previous call reports, you can get insight into meeting discussion details and see how the opportunities are progressing, who is doing what and how much time is spent on prospecting and other activities.

You can tap your past appointment and log a call report for it. Through the call report, you can directly update key information for the related opportunity.

You can view a list of objectives for the related appointment and tap to select or un-select it to indicate whether an objective was completed or not. Similarly, you can select or un-select an attendee to indicate their attendance. If you want to add a new contact or internal employee to indicate their meeting attendance, you can search and add the person to the call report. You can also enter meeting minutes to capture a discussion point so that it is available for future reference.

By logging a Call Report, you can capture business meeting discussion details as well as opportunity updates based on the meeting with the customer. The call report will help you take a snap shot of the updates in real-time and see how the opportunities are progressing, who is doing what, and how much time is spent on prospecting and other activities.

You can tap a link to launch the native e-mail client and reach out to your customer after the meeting. The e-mail is addressed to all attendees and pre-populated with appointment subject, response template, appointment time, attendees, and notes.
