Chairperson Tennies called the meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors to order at 9:00 a.m. A moment of silent prayer and Pledge of Allegiance were observed followed by a reading of the Affidavit of Posting of the meeting.
MINUTES
A correction was noted to the May 13, 2014, County Board of Supervisors meeting minutes on Page 1, Line 8: Excused: Hensel, Eyre. Absent: Hensel. Moved by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Sorce to approve the minutes of May 13, 2014, as corrected. Motion carried.
2014 RESOLUTION 8 - COMMENDATION OF CHARLOTTE P. BALES
Summary: Retirement Commendation for Charlotte P. Bales.
Moved by Mr. Ustruck, seconded by Mr. Myers to adopt 2014 Resolution 8 - Commendation of Charlotte P. Bales. County Clerk Jaszewski read the commendation. Motion carried with a rising vote of thanks by the Board.

Moved by Mr. Gonnering, seconded by Mr. Miller to accept Petition No. 1 - Amend Washington County Shoreland, Wetland, Floodplain Zoning Map - Town of Farmington established and maintained pursuant to Sections 23.02, 23.03, and 23.16 of the Washington County Code. Motion carried.
REPORT 6 - PLANNING, CONSERVATION AND PARKS COMMITTEE: REGARDING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE MAP, TOWN OF FARMINGTON
Moved by Mr. Gonnering, seconded by Mr. Miller to accept Report No. 6 - Planning, Conservation and Parks Committee regarding petition to amend zoning ordinance map, that the said petition be approved and the ordinance map presented be adopted. Motion carried.
2014 ORDINANCE 1 - SHORELAND, WETLAND, FLOODPLAIN ZONING MAPS - TOWN OF FARMINGTON - (23.02, 23.03 AND 23.16)
Summary: This ordinance amendment authorizes a revision to Shoreland/Wetland/Floodplain Zoning District maps for Section 33, Town of Farmington, Washington County.

Deputy Director Ruth Reines presented the Human Services Department annual report. Moved by Mr. Ustruck, seconded by Mr. Bulawa to accept Annual Report No. 7. Motion carried.
