UNDERTAKING

  1. That the deponent is the (Chairman/Secretary) of (Society/Trust name), and duly authorized by Society vide its resolution to undertake/discharge all formalities related with closure of (Society/Trust).
  2. The Society undertake responsibility to bear a discharge all the liabilities accruing in future as result of closure of institute.
  3. That there are no court cases pending in any court against the Society/Institute.
  4. That there are no liabilities outstanding against the institute.
  5. That all the students admitted in academic session ------have passed out successfully and no student is left to pass out.
  6. The institution is under “No Admission Category”.
  7. No complaint against the institution from the students or other.
  8. That no recognizable action is pending against the institution.
  9. No eligible Fee Refund case for students, release of original certificate/mark sheets of students are pending with the institution.
  10. That no complaint is pending under investigation relating to misappropriation/defalcation/embezzlement of money by the Institute/Society or Trust.
  11. That said FDR was not mortgaged, not released, not renewed and no interest was drawn before maturity of FDR without permission of AICTE.
  12. All Anti-ragging measures as per AICTE Approval Process Handbook for 2011-2012 (available in AICTE web portal: have been taken.

Further, in case of any violation in future, the amount of FDR now being released will be recreated and submitted to Central Regional Office, AICTE, Bhopal by the Society/Trust.
