and Wildlife Department and may be revoked at any time for failure to comply with the regulations of the department or with any of the terms of the permit. This application does not constitute authority to capture native raptors or to hold such birds in captivity for falconry or any other purpose.
Additionally, I have read and understand the state regulations titled "Raptor Proclamation" and I will comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to falconry.
