Wendell Parks & Recreation Field Use Fees:

Baseball/Softball Field Use Fee: $30 per hour

Open Space/ Cross Country Course: $30 per hour (2 hour Minimum)

Field Lining Fee (If required): $50 (Field will be drug and lined)

Light Fees: $30 per hour

Mowing: $30 per hour

Field Supervisor (If needed): $25 per hour

Wendell Parks and Recreation

Stipulations Governing Baseball/Softball Facility Use

1. Programs and activities sponsored by the Wendell Parks and Recreation Department

shall have priority use.

2. The specified user shall not sub-lease the facility.

3. The possession and or consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited on all parks

property.

4. The user organization shall be responsible for the general clean up of the facility. In the

event the facility is not cleaned after use, the organization will be billed for clean up by

the Department (Cost determined by the staff).

5. In the event of inclement weather, the Department reserves the right to cancel all

reservations.

6. If it is deemed necessary for the presence of uniformed police to be on premises, the user organization shall be responsible for making arrangements for the services of such

officers, and for paying directly for their services.

7. The user organization is responsible for seeing that vehicles use prescribed parking areas only. In the event of damages to Wendell Parks and Recreation facilities, the user organization shall be liable.

8. The user organization shall assume all responsibility for all risks and hazards incidental tothe use of the facility as well as transportation to and from the facility. The user

organization further agrees to release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Wendell Parks and Recreation Department and its employees.

9. The organization is responsible for set up and immediate take down of necessary

supplies.

10. No new games will be scheduled to start past 10:00pm.

I have read the above rules Governing Baseball/Softball Facility Use and agree to abide by all of the rules at all times while using the Wendell Parks and Recreation Department facility.
