General information – EUROCITIES working group Education
Date
The next meeting of the EUROCITIES working group Education will be hosted in Antwerp from 10th till 12thof May 2017.
All participants will be welcomed at the City hall of Antwerp on Wednesday 10th of May from 1 PM.
On Thursday the meetings will take place at Felix Pakhuis and different study visits locations.
The closing meeting on Friday is at hotel Elzenveld.

How to get to Antwerp and hotel Elzenveld from Brussels Airport?
By train:
-You can take atrain to Antwerp-Berchem, which comes twice every hour. It takes about 26 minutes to arrive in Antwerp-Berchem at a cost of approximately 11,40EUR.
From there you can take tram 4 in direction Silsburg-Hoboken to ‘Mechelseplein’ (7stops – app. 14minutes),
where you stop in front of Hotel Elzenveld.
By bus:
-There is an hourly direct bus connection “Airport express” from Brussels Airport to the centre of Antwerp that takes about 45 minutes and costs 10EUR.
From the final stop at ‘KoninginAstridplein’, you can take public transportation (tram 12 or 24) till ‘Nationale Bank’.
From there it’s a 5 minute walk to hotel Elzenveld.
By taxi:
-You can also take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. Depending on traffic, this takes about 40minutes and prices may vary up to 75EUR.
