(11:18:37am)Judy Goodman:some of your documentation indicates that I don't need to set up an actual mailbox on the intelretiree.com address. What I want is that any email that is sent to the @intelretiree.com is forwarded to the personal mailbox and that a copy is not kept. Remember that I have 1900 email addresses forwarded.

I can tell you that all you need to do is make sure that the email address that you are forwarding does NOT show up in the mail accounts section of the control panel under mail. It should be in the "forwarders" but in order for you not to have a copy left on the server you need to make sure that the email box is not created as a mail account of its own within the cpanel.

(11:28:12am)Timothy H.:If you do not see the welcome email in that inbox, please make sure that you check the spam folder or the trash folder. Sometimes, the email gets filtered automatically due to the amount of messages we send from that server.

(11:29:07am)Timothy H.:But, that will allow you to get in to the cpanel and make sure that you do not have the actual mailbox created and verify that you have the forwarder enabled on that address to be pointed to the personal mailbox.
