Federal & State Online Tax Forms
and Other Self-Service Features
New Hires – Please note these can only be completed on or after your hire date.
Federal & State Forms are used by the Payroll Department to calculate the amount of federal & state tax to withhold from your pay. The amount of tax withheld is based on your marital status and the number of allowances claimed on these forms. You may change your information if your tax situation changes and you choose to have more or less tax withheld.
***If you do not complete the online Federal & State Forms your marital status will default to single and your number of allowances will default to zero. ***
