(c)Complete meeting information for the IEEE 802 January 2004 Interim Meetings will be posted on the IEEE 802 website during the IEEE 802 November Plenary Meeting in Albuquerque.

(d)Please DO NOT post the direct hotel link on your working group home page. This is causing confusion when IEEE 802 potential meeting attendees are booking guest room reservations via web and are NOT receiving the special group rates. We will be providing the correct hotel links with the group code for hotel reservations in the January 2004 Interim meeting announcement. Please post this information on your working group website when it becomes available.

(e)Registration services will be provided by Face To Face Events. Once the meeting budget has been reviewed and approved by Bill Quackenbush, the registration fees will be confirmed.

(f)All Working Groups meeting requirements and specifications must be emailed to Face To Face Events no later than November 28, 2003 in order to ensure best possible arrangements.

(g)Please confirm the networking requirements for these Interim Meetings. We will make arrangements for the wireless network to be installed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. Do the working groups of 802.1, 802.3, and 802.17 require the wireless network services or a wired café at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver? Please confirm to us, no later than October 31, 2003 or sooner.

Thank you, Dawn Slykhouse
