CYSS Sports & Fitness Program
- Youth Sports and Fitness (YSF) program provides Individual and Team Sports for youth ages 4 through 18.
- Year round team activities are provided including Flag Football, Tackle Football, Cheerleading, Tee Ball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Volleyball and Basketball.
- Individual sports include Running club, Gymnastics, Bowling, Golf, and Tennis.
- Volunteer coaches are trained and certified through the National Alliance for Youth Sports and undergo background checks.
