CSSC parkrun Challenge 2018 Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants into the challenge shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions below.
  1. To enter the competition entrants must: (i) participate in and complete any parkrun eventwithin the UK (ii) participate in and complete a parkrun taking place between and includingSat 3rd February 2018 – Sat 27th October 2018.
  1. The competition is open to all CSSC members aged 18 or over.
  1. Employees of CSSC Ltd(including individuals on secondment to CSSC)and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the challenge.
  1. This challenge will include a number of prizes.
  • At the end of each month there will be random prize draws for all of those who complete one or more parkrun events within the corresponding month. Four members will win £20 worth of Love2Shop vouchers each.
  • At the end of April, the end of July and the end of October, there will be 2prizesof £30 for the members who completed the most amount of parkrun events between the specified dates. If there are more than 2 members with the most amount of parkruns completed, members will be drawn at random.
  1. The prize isnon-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
  2. CSSC reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the circumstances beyond control means that a prize cannot be provided to the winner.
  1. All winners will receive their prizes via standard post. CSSC are not responsible for non-deliveries.
  1. We will announce the winners via ourwebsiteeachmonth. The winner will also be notified via email/phone and they must provide a postal address to claim the prize.
  2. Personal details provided to CSSC Sports and Leisure in relation to the challenge will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Information provided will only be used within CSSC Sports & Leisure and will not be release to any third party companies in contravention of the Data Protection Act. By providing us your details you have consented to our privacy policy.
  1. CSSC reserves the right to change or alter the competition at any time.
  1. CSSC reserves the right, at its discretion to exclude entrants and/or the winner if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
