Ogden School District is requesting proposals for remodeling the home economics kitchen units at Mound Fort Junior High School. Mound Fort is located at 1396 Liberty Ave, Ogden, UT 84404.

Bids must include drawings or blueprints

Walk through is required:

High pressure laminate cabinets

·  Frameless cabinet construction

·  ¾ inch melamine box

·  Adjustable shelves

·  7 tall cabinets

·  8 upper cabinets, 38” h x 15” d – in sewing area & washer dryer area

·  32 base cabinets

·  8 – 5” h x 36” w - boards with 6 hooks for aprons

·  37 locks

·  7 Tall cabinets, both above & below, 5 pantry cabinets,

2 cabinets in each station, 2 cabinets above washer & dryer

Tear out/haul away of existing cabinets & countertops

Double Bi-fold doors for laundry area

·  May need some sheetrock repair & paint

·  8 Elkay DSE233224 Equal Double Stainless Steel sink, 18 gauge, 4 hole

·  8 Moen Chateau 67540 Chrome Kitchen Faucet w/sprayer

·  Includes 1 trip to unhook sink & cap prior to hear out

·  2 Whirpool Garbage Disposal GC1000

·  Includes 1 dishwasher installation

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Ogden School District Procurement Office, Room 209, Administration Building, 1950 Monroe Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Proposals received after 2:00 pm will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Reference all materials and bids with RFP #1-026
