Catering and Accommodation Administrative Requirements (Group Bookings)

6. A group admin representative (Senior NCO) is to report to the accommodation office on Devils Tower Camp (DTC) to take over rooms and receive a brief on accommodation and facilities. (This can also be undertaken by a sponsor in the Command prior to arrival)

7. A group admin representative (Senior NCO) is to report to the Unit Catering Manager in the central kitchen DTC as soon as possible after arrival to discuss feeding plan, meal times etc and to receive food bill (where applicable). All personnel will be taken onto the ration account strength and administered in accordance with JSP 456 Vol 2.

8. Chef(s) will come under the command and control of SO3 Catering for the full period. Chef(s) can be of any rank structure but all participants must be able to work in the central kitchen or Officers mess as part of the regular shift pattern. Chefs are to deploy with sufficient chefs whites, laundry facilities are available. Chef(s) are to report to the central kitchen on the first full day of the period for an induction brief and allocation of duties.

9. The enclosed feeding plan is to be submitted 10 working days prior to arrival, there is sufficient space provided to include all the messing requirements for the period.
