I Have Prepared a Two Fold Approach to Attack and Identify the Illegal and Dangerous Social

Dear Friends,

This is an invitation for parents and citizens to join and support our national movement against ESSA and the illegal contents of the legislation passed December, 2015 that was quickly signed by former President Obama. Our mission is to Stop the Child Abuse in the Classroom.

I have prepared a two fold approach to attack and identify the illegal and dangerous social, emotional, and behavioral techniques and interventions named within the legislation. Our goals are to initiate a federal investigation, place an injunction on all state plans written to implement ESSA, stop the illegal social, emotional, and behavioral interventions, stop the data mining of personally identifiable information, and call for the rejection of the entire ESSA legislation as it is written that is almost entirely composed of mental health standards and interventions.

The name of our national revolt is called, "Child Abuse in the Classroom, A Legal Challenge to ESSA.” My idea will draw attention and will act as a tribute to Phyllis Schlafly and her book that exposed the original "Child Abuse In The Classroom" that brought about regulations to stop the psychological and psychiatric testing and treatment in the classrooms of America finalized in the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, PPRA.

Here's Our Agenda & Our Website: Our Press Release is listed under Action Plan/Support Documents. A national Press Conference will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, the Vice-President’s home state on September 20, 2017. I am hoping to have one contact for every state that will become a coordinator for that state to release, distribute information, and make contacts to force these issues to the forefront. The Press Release should be used for every state, but the state coordinator should list their name under the main contacts as a contact for that particular state. It will be up to the state coordinator to mass distribute the information to other people in their state and other lists of contacts that they might have on that specific date.

Please contact our web administrator, Karen Bracken, or 215-692-2147, if you are willing to be that coordinator. As the main state coordinator, you will place your name and phone number on the Press Release for you to distribute in your state for your local media to contact you. My suggestion is that you have at least 3-4 main people on a committee who can discuss these issues with the media as a follow up about the violations. This committee will also be the social media force for your state. If you do not want to be contacted by the media, do not put your phone number on the Press Release. You can still be a state coordinator. Some coordinators might want to do a rally at their state capitol. That would be terrific. Please let Karen know if you are interested and we will help you organize.

Please familiarize yourself with all of the documents under the Action Plan. Use a cover letter or our template legislator letter as a cover letter with the actual Press Release and ESSA Violations. Please add your name to the list of contacts. Study the talking points, illegalities stated against ESSA, and begin to research contact information in your state, example: governor, legislators, state secretary of education, state attorney general, state inspector general, civil rights division, etc.) It will be up to you to find the emails and phone numbers of these state contacts. This Media Packet should have attached: cover letter, the Press Release, and our legal document of violations proving gross negligence and abuse in the classroom naming specific violations of law. This mass focus across the country should stir controversy about these issues.

I with other national leaders will be releasing the same Press Release in Indiana to all major national media, Congress, the HELP committee, organizations, and other conservative supporters and investigative reporters.

2. The second approach will be a national Press Conference in the state of Indiana, the home state of Vice-President Pence and Congressman Rokita. The Indiana documents will prove these illegalities are actually being implemented. We use Indiana as our model. This documentation will prove that the ESSA legislation is in full implementation mode and we will document and prove that these illegal abuses stated in the Press Release, are happening NOW in the classrooms in Indiana, but also in EVERY classroom including your state. Indiana will be our model proving that the Flex Waivers were/and/are the prototype for the implementation of ESSA, and ESSA is violating federal law. This Document will have several key figures named who will respond to media questioning against the Vice-President's home state. Several leaders from Indiana have already agreed to be contacts for that state.

We need Facebook, Twitter, and email champions. This is the overall double whammy. (Example: Both state and federal contacts are to be made: Here are the violations. Here it is in ESSA. The focus for this particular day of the national Press Release will be for EVERYONE to contact, email, tweet, phone, write letters and target the following on the EXACT SAME DAY THAT YOU RELEASE THE PRESS RELEASE TO YOUR STATE CONTACTS: President Trump, Sec of Ed DeVos, Vice President Pence, Attorney General Sessions, the Civil Rights Division, the Federal Inspector General, Congressman Rokita, and Lamar Alexander. You can find their contact information on the Action Plan for State Leaders. The Executive Order that President Trump had written last April about the role of the federal government in education is great timing and is essential in our attack on the ESSA system, the violations of law, and the abuses to our children and grandchildren.
