I have served as a background investigative forensic chemist. During my career, I have 6 years project management experience and support for various Government contracts related to CBRNE. I managed logistical warehouse operations delivering consumables to the US Army, USAF, and USMC. I possess an active secret clearance and have been an active member of the US Army’s Chemical Reliability Program.

Laboratory Supervisor – Air Liquide, May 2014 – Feb. 2015

During my service to Air Liquide (AL), I served as Laboratory Supervisor. I managed and streamlined the Labs workflow by reducing redundant steps thus increasing productivity. Primary focus of the AL lab was to provide quality analytical data for our calibration hydrocarbon gases. All gases were made gravimetrically in a large variety of cylinder sizes. Instrumentation included GC, FTIR, E-Cell, H2O Analyzers and O2 analyzers, etc. My annual budget was 1 million dollars and my P-Card monthly allocation was 5K. My additional duties included:
- Performed routine maintenance of all Gas Chromatographs (GC)
- Wrote SOP’s new instrumentation and processes
- Developed weekly and monthly preventative maintenance for all instrumentation throughout the Lab
- Developed new stability studies for current products and new products
- Generated new analytical GC methods for analyzing new products
- Attended and participated in all weekly, monthly production meetings
- Held a 5 minute safety talk prior to start work each Monday morning
- Attended and participated in monthly safety meetings for all employees
- Responsible for troubleshooting and making necessary repairs where applicable on all analytical equipment
Chemical Plant Operator – Kemira Water Solutions, Inc., 2013-2014

I served in the capacity of chemical operator while at Kemira. My responsibilities include the complete manufacturing and production of Ferrous Sulfate, Ferric Sulfate, Ferrous Chloride, Ferric Chloride, and Polyaluminum Chloride (PAX). I am also responsible for all analytical analysis of process samples as well as finished product. In addition, my duties include unloading of raw materials, i.e. railcars, tractor trailers, drumming, and tote loading of finished product.
Project Manager, QuickSilver Analytics Inc., 2005-2012

During my tenure at QuickSilver (QS), I served as a project manager. My Project Manager responsibilities included writing proposals for Government RFP’s, leading the team on projects, submitting the proposals to Government Contracting Officers, and managing existing Contracts. Iwas also Project Manager for the US Army’s Point Biological Detection System. I was given command and oversight of two million dollars of US Government Property located in a7K square foot warehouse. Following the completion of this task, I was issued a critique from US Government and recognized for my excellent work. In short, not one time was a shipment late,items missing from any of the deliverables. I was instrumental in winning QS its first Small Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set Aside Prime Contract with the US Customs and Border Patrol. This contract was a 5 year contract for which QS will provide firearm supplies (armor bag kit’s) to all of the US Customs and Border Patrol Agents. My additional duties included:
- Writing Proposals for Government RFP’s
- Author; Statements of Work, Standard Operating Procedures, and investigative process safety inspections

I began my service to FMC as a Lab Analyst operating a process control lab. FMC/South Charleston was a manufacturer of Hydrogen Peroxide. After one year I was promoted to Day Shift Analyst and analyzed finished ultra high purity peroxide in a clean room environment using ICP/MS. I was also responsible for Monthly inventories of all chemicals, supplies, and consumables. I served as a Shift Supervisor overseeing the production process of Hydrogen Peroxide. My duties included:
- Served as shift lab analyst and day lab analyst working in a clean room using ICP/MS
- Analyzed and reported the results of process samples to the Plant Operations Supervisor
- Served as a flex operator whereby he performed operating the plant inside, outside, loading and unloading
- Worked as a plant operator and earned shift supervisor status overseeing the production process and lab
- In his third year of service Mr. Wriston was promoted to Shift Supervisor in the Production Department overseeing the production of Hydrogen Peroxide and was responsible for the lab staff during his shift
