Reminders from Miss Milczarski:
The front side of this page is shared with all performers of the concert, no matter which ensemble you are in. Please note that I will be conducting two separate groups that evening. Each chorus will have two chaperones with them at all times. There will also be a chaperone manning the hallways for ensemble transitions. If you are looking for me and cannot find me, please understand that I am with my other ensemble and I will attend to you and your child’s needs as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please remember that our concert is essentially our “final exam” and is double-weighted in the grade book. If your child misses the concert for any reason, they will be assigned a make-up assignment when we return to school in January. If they were to miss a math test in school, they would have to make it up. Attendance is mandatory, there are no make-up concerts.
At the conclusion of each chorus’ performance, the group will be directed back to their warm-up spot and we will assist musicians to their next transition. Transitions between groups will be short, please plan to stay in the auditorium for the entire concert. You may pick up your child from their warm-up spot. If your child is also in band, please make sure you take your instrument with you at the end of the concert.

We have been working extremely hard to prepare our concert since September. It is hard to believe that we can bring it all together to make such large groups of students make beautiful music together. I am very proud of all of my singers and their dedication to making this concert a success. Please share pictures and videos with me so we can retain these special memories. I look forward to seeing you on Monday, December 12th!
Musically Yours,
Miss Ericka Milczarski, 6th Grade Chorus Director
