An RíRá Montana Irish Festival

Site

The festival has moved its location to the Original Mine located on North Main Street bordered by Copper Street to the South, Woolman Street to the North and Montana Street to the West. You will enter the site on Main Street.

Vendor Set-up

  • All vendors should arrive on Thursday afternoon starting at 5:30 p.m. or Friday morning between 7:30 a.m. and no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Booth location is pre-determined by the festival committee and will not be changed under any circumstances.
  • Vendors are not allowed to change or barter locations with other vendors.
  • Before vendors begin set-up site and plan must be approved by festival staff.

Vendor Tear-Down

  • No vendor will be allowed to dismantle and leave the festival site until the festival is over Saturday evening. All festival goers must be off the festival site and approval must be granted by the festival staff.
  • All booths must be out of the festival grounds no later than 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
  • If trailer or booth is left and has to be moved by festival staff a fee will be charged of $50.00.

Hours of Operation

Friday:3:00 p.m. to approximately 11:00 p.m.

Saturday:11:00 a.m. to approximately 11:00 p.m.

Vendor Operations

  • Vehicles will not be allowed on the festival grounds during the hours of operation. All festival goers must be off the festival grounds before a vehicle enters the site.
  • Security is provided by the festival but leave belongings and goods at your own risk as the festival is not responsible for lost and stolen items.
  • Security will be provided Thursday evening through Sunday morning.
  • No vendor is allowed to sleep in the festival grounds.
  • Parking will be made available for vendors.
  • Ice is provided by the festival and can be purchased by vendors at the cost set by the festival.
  • The sale of soda and bottled water is prohibited by vendors. All soda and bottled water sales will be sold by the festival.
  • Vendors must comply with federal, state and local health guidelines. For more information please look at the link on our website, which has the guidelines for you. You can also contact the Butte-Silver Bow Health Department at 406-497-5020.
  • All vendors will be inspected by local health department officials prior to Friday’s start time.
  • All vendors with cooking equipment must have a fire extinguisher.
  • All propane tanks must be properly secured.
  • Basic 110v power is provided – please detail the power needs on the vendor application. No capability for RV outlets.

Failure to comply with the guidelines set forth will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds. The An RíRá Montana Irish Festival reserves the right to enforce all guidelines and has the final authority on all decisions.
