Sport at UC Social Sport Competition

This year Sport at UC will be hosting a social sport competition that aims to encourage participation and socialisation amongst the University of Canberra. Teams have an option of competing in the 5-week, 4-week or all 9 weeks of competition.

Time: 12pm – 1pm

Location: Each sport will be held either in the Sports Hall or Oval 1 on UC Campus.

Fees: The competition will be divided into 2 periods, the first consisting of 5 weeks and the second consisting of 4 weeks.

5 Week Comp: Staff Team $400 or $250 Student Team.

4 Week Comp: Staff Team $350 or $200 Student Team.

9 Week Comp: Staff Team$600 or $400 Student Team.

Close of registration and Payments Due: Registrations and payments for the 4-Week competition are to be submitted to Sport at UC () by 10am Friday 7 April.

Uniforms: Sport at UC will provide coloured bibs for teams to wear during the competition; alternatively we encourage teams to come up with team t-shirts. If your team decides to do this, please ensure you specify the colour of your t-shirt on the team registration form.

The person who is nominated as team captain is responsible for communicating all information provided by Sport at UC to their teams in regards to rules, cancellations and any other announcements.

If there is to be a change of venue or any cancellations, Sport at UC will notify team captains and post the information on the Sport at UC Facebook page as soon as the information comes to light.

* There is a limited number of teams that can enter this competition and will be done a first in first served basis.
