WHERE AND HOW APPOINTMENTS OFEMPLOYEES IN U.P. DILIMAN ARE PROCESSED

  • Appointment papers of Faculty, REPS and Administrative Staff are processed at the Appointment Section, Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) located at the 1st Floor Mezzanine, Quezon Hall.
  • Recommendations (Basic Paper) coming from the units are forwarded to the Appointment Section, HRDO.
  • Analyst examines recommendation as to completeness/appropriateness of required documents. (refer to list)
  • Reviewed by Section Chief and signed byDivision Chief and Director.
  • Basic Paper forwarded to Budget Office forBudget Clearance.
  • Then back to Appointment Section. Analystsprepare appointment paper for signature of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor for AcademicAffairs or Vice-Chancellor for Administration as the case may be.
  • Approved appointment papers are returned to the Office of the Director, Releasing Section for release.
  • Analyst prepares notification that appointmentpaper is ready for pick-up upon submission of post requirements. (refer to list)
