  1. CONSENT AGENDA
  • The funds for the following item will be deducted from the General Fund:

Motion to pay Chris Bunch $200.00 for bookkeeping services for the month of March2016. See attached.

Motion to pay LAMC Business Office $18.72 for January 2016 – February 2016 postage. See attachment.

Motion to buy an 8 foot table cloth with our logo. Not to exceed $225.00

  • Approval of minutes for regular board meeting on Thursday,March 10, 2016. See attachment.
  1. Motion to ratify payment in the amount of $10,000 to The University of Cincinnati Research Institute for Back on Track. Funds were deducted from the Department of Justice Fund.
  1. Motion to ratify two payments to Alex Holsinger in the amounts of $2,625.00 and $1,184.18 for Back on Track expenses. Funds were deducted from the Department of Justice Fund.
  1. Motion to approve six additional OSHERscholarships for the Spring 2016 semester only. Two in the amount of $500.00, two in the amount of $375.00, one in the amount of $250.00 and one in amount of $417.00. Final recipient list was provided last week from financial aid office. Funds will be deducted from the OSHER fund.
  1. Motion to help fund the Los Angeles Police Department Youth Summit in the amount of $500.00. The money will be used to fund a scholarship. Funds to be deducted from the General Fund.
  1. Motion to help find the Child Development Certificate Ceremony. $1,000.00 donation will be used for food for the event. Split $500.00 each from the General Fund and $500.00 from the President’s Circle Fund.
  1. Motion to help fund the 2016 scholarship ceremony for flowers in the amount of $599.50. Funds to be deducted from the General Fund.
