Forallthoseinterested,itistimetoapplyforthe2017AlabamaPanhellenicAssociation’sYear-RoundJudicialBoard.Applicationsareavailableon uapanhellenic.com.PleasefillouttheonlineapplicationbyFriday,January27that5:00PM.InterviewswillbeheldFebruary8th.EachchaptermusthaveatleastthreeapplicantssubmitapplicationsforYear-RoundJudicialBoard.Thereisnolimittohowmanyapplicationschapterscansubmit.

The2017YearRoundJudicialBoardwillexisttoprovidePanhellenicwomentheopportunitytobecomeactivelyinvolvedinthedisciplinaryprocessatthe UniversityofAlabama.ThishearingbodywilladjudicatecasesspecifictothePanhelleniccommunityandprovidewomenwhoserveontheboard opportunitiesforleadershipandservice.

The2017Year-RoundJudicialBoardwillserveto:

1. Identify anddealwith violationsofthePanhellenicConstitution,bylaws,standingrules,aswellasthoseoftheUniversitySocialAlcoholPolicy.

2. TheJudicialBoardwillbethedrivingforcebehindcreatingandenforcingtheconsequencesfollowingruleinfractions.

EligibilityforYear-Round JudicialBoard:

1. Musthavecompletedatleastoneyearofrecruitmentfortheirhouse.

2.Mustmaintainatleasta3.0 cumulativeGPA.

3.MustbeingoodstandingwiththeUniversityandherindividualsorority.

4.Mustbetakingatleast12credithourspersemester.

RequirementsforYear-RoundJudicialBoard:

1.Mustattendalltrainingsessionsandscheduledhearings.Trainingsessionswillbescheduledasneeded.

2.Maintainconfidentialityonallissuesdiscussedinallhearings.

3.MustagreetobeimpartialtoallhearingsthatcomebeforetheJudicialBoard.

4.Impartialityanddiscretionaremandatory.
