From Canada, on-line lessons about salmon and watersheds. Some are suitable for K-6, others are aimed at older students. Each lesson has a section of the expected outcomes for each age. The section on habitat is great; the activities are fun (I liked the Fishing Projects section where you use natural materials to build Native American style fishing equipment). The link to the Canadian Dept. of Fish and Game Biological Sampling Manual for Salmonids with its full color photos of all the species is also very nice. A good glossary and bibliography.
