Information:How to Pay
• BANK TRANSFER – Please email the bank receipt to us. You can send both the deposit and the balance of fees in a single transfer. Bank charges and commission for both the sending and receiving banks should be paid by the sender. Only the amount received in our bank will be credited to your invoice. Deposits & refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless your visa application is refused. In this case, you must send evidence within 2 weeks of the visa refusal date, in order to be eligible for a refund. A £150 administration charge will be levied on any course deposit refunds (accommodation deposits are non-refundable). However, if the reason for the visa refusal is that forged documents have been submitted as part of your application, then the deposit will be withheld and the offer of study will be withdrawn.
What happens next?
We will assess your application to ensure that you take the right course for your level of English, and that you have the necessary academic qualifications for your chosen degree.
If your application is successful we will send you an offer letter, invoice and financial declaration form. You will then need to pay a deposit of £1,000. Without this deposit we will not be able to issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
All personal data provided by you will be treated strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
