Doctor of Nutrition Science program helping the local communities to develop the set of skills necessary to occupy positions in food production plans and work in quality assurance, product development, microbiology and chemical analysis as well as roles within consulting laboratories, government organizations and regulatory bodies. After evaluating both academic record and life experience, staff working in conjunction with our organization and Academic Advisors gives assistance to communities in setting up a custom-made program, designed on an individual basis. This flexibility to meet communities’ needs is seldom found in other programs which are in line with the organization. This conference, I expect to gain skills in food packaging tools, food packaging technologies, among others and this will help the organization am representing, with new skills of helping the indigenous farmer in Uganda, todesign new ways of preserving nutritious food products. It will empower me addresses the strengths and weaknesses with respect to market opportunities in communities’major and intended field of preserving products.From the knowledge I hope to gain in this conference Understanding that industry and geographic factors should influence the content of the instead of a standardized one-fits-all design is the approach to adult education. This philosophy addresses the dynamic and constantly changing environment of working professionals by helping adult farmers in reaching their professional and personal goals within the scope of the farming program. As the organization, we aim at empoweringfarmers with small scale industries, making wine form the faming products, at the local levels.

Biography

I Kabogoza Joseph completed my degree at the age of 26 years from MakerereUniversity in Uganda and I was awarded de. I am the Co-Founder/Program Director of Giving Children Hope Initiative (GCHI), a non-governmental organization in Uganda. I am serving as one of the board members of the organization.
