As Level 1 Analyst, supported Micros touch screen Point of Sale systems in 3 major national restaurant chains. Troubleshooting included hardware and software on Win 95 and NT 4.0. Did minor work in SQL. Had to be able to troubleshoot network connectivity to determine either OS problems or wiring problems. Also had to troubleshoot thermal and ribbon type POS printers.
