SALE OF USED UNHCR VEHICLES

The representation of the United Nations high Commissioner for Refugeesin Serbia is intending to seven (7) oldUNHCR vehicles listed below and located at:

Only the official OFFER (please see below) is acceptable; the OFFER should be with original hand-signature.

The OFFER should identify the number of the vehicle/make/model/year and price offered.. All bids received after the closing date given above will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

Vehicle Inspection & Questions:

Allvehicles will be available for physical inspection on Tuesday, 22 October 10-12:00 at Vitro garage, Radnicka 22, Ada, Belgrade

Warranty:

All vehicles are offered for sale on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind.

Terms of Sale:

Evaluation of bids shall take place based on unit rate. The vehicle will go to the highest bidder. Upon notification, the successful bidder must pay within one (1) working day the full price in cash to UNHCRSerbia. Should the successful bidder fail to arrange payment within one (1) working day, the vehicle will be offered to the second highest bidder.

Successful bidder shall remove the vehicle from UNHCR warehouse within three (3) working days after the payment at his/her expense. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the sale. Payment of Registration Fees, Sales Tax and insurance or any other such cost shall be at the expense of the bidder.

UNHCR Belgrade reserves the right to reject any bid.

Important note: the available vehicle documentation including importation documents are listed in each vehicle offer sheet below. For some vehicles, UNHCR does not guarantee that the available documents will be sufficient for the relevant authorities for vehicle registration and for any duty/tax exemption. The buyer will be solely responsible for transfer of ownership and registration procedure and any related payments.
