Direct object pronouns.
1. The direct object asks the question______who or what______.

Reflexive pronouns.
1. Reflexive pronouns must be used with reflexive verbs.
2. Conjugate the preterite of bañarse: *****know my regular preterite endings

tú te bañaste vosotros os bañasteis
él, ella, Ud. Se bañó ellos, ellas, Uds. Se bañaron
Double pronouns. Two pronouns may be used in one sentence, either indirect and direct, or reflexive and direct. “Indirect before direct, reflexive first of all!”

2. the “la la” rule: If the IOP is “le, les” and the direct object pronoun is “lo, la, los,
las” the “le, les” changes to ___se______.
Pronoun placement.
1. Direct object, indirect object, and reflexive pronouns are placed before the
__conjugated verb______. They may also be attached to the end
of the ______infinitive______or the ______present______participle______/gerund___.
2. If two pronouns are attached to the end of an infinitive an accent is needed
(ár/ér/ír). If one or two pronouns are attached to the end of a present participle
an accent is needed (ándo/iéndo/yéndo). ***Don’t need an accent if there is only one pronoun after the infinitive.
