ORGANIZATION OF LATINOS AT EXELON
2013 Latino Scholarship Fund
The Organization of Latinos at Exelon (OLE) is seeking applicants for the 2013 scholarship awards. This year, twenty scholarships in the amount of $2,000 will be awarded.
Please complete the attached application form to apply and submit it by April 29, 2013. Late applications will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
· Latino students who are Illinois residents
· Must be enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program
· Minimum 2.5 grade point average
Application Checklist
In order for an application to be considered, the following must be submitted by the due date. Please place your name/nominee’s name in the title header of all email communication.
· Completed application form
· A copy of your most recent transcripts/grades
· Recommendation letters (at least 2 but no more than 3) submitted directly to the e-mail shown below
· A recent photograph, please see below for guidelines and release.
