PROBLEMS:
Project Manager suffered a death in the family. Tasks were delegated to individual team members but there was little success in accomplishing tasks.

3) Responsibility for the User Interface Prototype will be shifted from Josh Simmons to Ken Ayers.
4) Due to communication difficulties between team members, Project Administrator will contact team members via phone in the event a backup will have to complete a task.
4) Responsibility for the Activity Chart will be shifted from Josh Simmons to Sam Swafford to allow the Project Leader to focus on drafting the Design Document.
PROBLEMS:
1) Question was raised as to whether our use case diagrams should reflect password protection.
2) The requirements document instructions list a Class Diagram as part of the document but no team member has been able to locate the example which is supposed to be provided.

2) Project Plan will be created by Project Manager and reviewed by Project Leader.
3) Group members will post shall lists and risk assessment bullets to the group bulletin board. Project Manager will compile the risks into the appropriate format for submission.
4) Project Leader reported back on possibility of using Eclipse as a uniform IDE. All team members have or will install Eclipse and use it for development. In the event problems are encountered with Eclipse which cannot be mitigated, the team will revert to JBuilder.
5) All team members were reminded to complete the weekly Evaluation for Deliverable One prior to 20 Sept 05.
PROBLEMS:
1) Project Leader noted that we need clarification as to whether the project required a system which can read any of the three languages given or is the group to chose a single language.
2) Kent Haines noted that the group needs to perform an RE interview with the client (professor). Project Leader and Project Manager will request an interview.

Reason for Meeting:
Initial project planning meeting. Verified individual understanding of Deliverable One.
Events of Note in Meeting:
1) Decision was made by Project Leader to code the project in Java.
2) Decision was made to allow team members to choose individual IDE’s to work with; this may become an issue if compatibility becomes a problem.
3) Project Leader will investigate the possible value of the team utilizing Eclipse for the project and report back at the next meeting.
4) Project Leader placed a team deadline of 12:00 pm Mondays for all deliverables so that himself and the Data Administrator have sufficient time to perform Quality Control prior to the client imposed Tuesday deadlines.
5) All team members were reminded to complete the weekly Evaluation for Deliverable One prior to 13 Sept 05. Team members were also tasked to begin creating “Shall lists” to be used in development of the project specifications.
PROBLEMS:
1) Project Leader noted that we need clarification as to whether changes to the specifications and project plan must be approved by the Instructor.
