We need help with setting up and tidying away on the day and also with running stalls. Without enough help we won’t be able to run the Summer Fair. Cake donations (home baked or purchased) would also be greatly appreciated.
We are having TWO ‘Own Clothes Days’ on Friday 26th May and Thursday 22nd June 2017. We would appreciate donations of the following on these dates: Bottles, Sweets, Sports Equipment, New Toys / Gifts. We would also appreciate Clean & Washed Soft Toys from Reception and Bright Stars children ONLY on Thursday 22nd June 2017.
Please complete the form below and return to school by Friday 16th June 2017 indicating whether you would like to help or let us know if you can donate a cake/s.
All money raised by Rudston PTA goes directly to the school and therefore benefits all children.
