CACI has an exciting job opportunity at our new Shared Service Center in Oklahoma City for a Human Resources Lead:

The HR Shared Service Center Senior Manager will direct and oversee the development and maintenance of Human Resource service delivery activities in the Shared Services organization; strategically aligns Human Resource service delivery with CACI’s strategic business goals to ensure superior organizational performance. You will have the opportunity to provide hands-on operational insight into HR efficiencies, metrics and service level agreements.
More About the Role:
- Manages the strategic direction of the HR Service Center; provides leadership and supervision to all HR Shared Services staff.
- Manages resource planning and budget control for the HR Service Center and reviews potential new activity for the HR Service Center.
- Sets the strategic design, integration and delivery of all core Human Resources services/ transactions to all CACI employees, applicants and contractors.
- Supports the integration and implementation of HR technology related to customer service and HR transaction processing
- Provides guidance regarding the utilization/ integration of HR systems; works with corporate HR and CIS to ensure technologies meet user needs.
- Controls/ monitors the administration of all human resource transactional activities and policies.
- Monitors customer service metrics for service delivery and transactional processing.
- Analyzes situations and issues, recognizes strategic implications, and applies both specialized expertise and a broader HR knowledge to define problems, priorities and desired outcomes.
- Provides management oversight to all HR Shared Services staff to implement and to evaluate programs and plans that result in increased organizational efficiencies.
- Will serve as the HR Manager for the Shared Service Center and handle all HR inquiries and issues.
- Participates in organization-wide re-engineering initiatives and oversees all HR activities to support re-engineering efforts.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Prior Experience Supervises employees and managers.
- 8+ Years of HR Administration experience, preferably in a Shared Services Center environment.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management.
Nice to have
- Strong HR Generalist/ Multi Disciplinarybackground Preferred.
- Experience with a Ticketing System such as Cherwell, Service Now, etc.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- HR Certifications is a plus.
