ALL STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING STATIONERY ITEMS:

PLEASE NOTE: No 5 in 1 notepads for any subjects (separate books only)

Year 10 students will be required to participate in the ASHS BYOx (Bring Your Own Device) Program and will be expected to bring this device to school daily. The device will be used in class for a range of actions but a primary function will be to access resources. This is likely to include:-

  • Textbooks;
  • Video Resources;
  • Teacher generated notes; and
  • Periodicals.

This will be enabled through our new portal software (DAYMAP). We recommend that a Window based laptop with up to a 12” screen will be the best and most affordable option. Chrome Books ARE NOT recommended. Students are permitted to register up to three devices and students may elect to bring theiriPad, tablet (or a phone as a last resort). Devices will be connected to students’ network drives and school printers by the IT staff during the first weeks of Term 1 2017.
