The sponsorship of non-profit association by legal persons shall be done in accordance with Law no. 32/1994 regarding sponsorship andLaw 571/2003 regardingFiscal Code, republished.

THE BENEFICIARYcommits tousethe fundswhich are the subjectof thiscontractonlyforthe certified purpose in Chapter5–Object of the Contract

6.2. THE BENEFICIARYshall mentioninthe presentationmaterials(according to Annex 1 of the presentcontract-SPONSORSHIPAND ADVERTISINGPACKAGES) thename of the sponsoralong with otherpartnersof the Beneficiary.

  1. TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

7.1. The present contract enters into forceupon the moment of signing the contract and lastsuntil 23.09.2011.

7.2. The term to fulfill the sponsorshipis:THE SPONSORshall donate the mentioned amount until ______;

  1. CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY

The disputesfollowing theinterpretationor performanceof thecontractshallbesolvedbybothparties in a amicable matter. Failing to do so, disputesshall be dealt with by court of justice.

9.1. The modification of the present contractmay be accomplished only in a written document, with the agreement of both parties.
