/ n Salvador is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry in Qatar, UAE and the Philippines. Salvador’s role includes working closely with the project managers and designers manage the pre-contract procurement activities for key works contract packages and consistently ensuring the client’s objectives and exacting standards are met.
n Prior to this, Salvador was part of the Programme Management team involved in the delivery of Sharq Crossing which comprises of three iconic over sea bridges interconnected with subsea tunnels, a major programme for the infrastructure projects of PWA. He is brought to the team as Contract Engineer with the specific role to assist in the procurement and preparation of contracts for all the consultancy and construction works packages consistently liaising with the client and key programme team members to ensure contractual requirements are achieved.
