Please complete your preferences for this term on the attached registration form and return it to Gateways by either:

CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS MONDAY 4 APRIL
After the closing date, we’ll send you a letter to let you know which programs you are booked to attend.
Let Gateways know as soon as you can if you’re unable to attend, so that we can try to fill your spot– Gateways phone number is 5221 2984.
If you cancel on the day or do not show up, Gateways will still need to claim for the supports booked. However we will not charge or claim the activity fee.

Please provide us with a copy of your NDIA plan when you have had a review.
This can be emailed to or dropped in to the office.
SUNDAY MOVIE CLUB
If you’re a regular with this Sunday group & have not already joined the Readings Reel Club it is really worthwhile as it is free and can give you vouchers for $5.00 off drinks or popcorn and free movies – ask for your Reading Reel Club card at the cinema and then register it online.
SUNDAY BOWLING CLUB
Sunday bowling Club – 2 or 3 games of bowling and lunch at the café .
